Rental Agreement Terms
Color Wagon Rentals: Rental Agreement Summary
1. Driver Requirements: Renter must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. Renter certifies that they have provided accurate license information.
2. Deposit, Fees & Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the deposit payment. A $50 cleaning & prep fee and applicable Wisconsin sales tax are added to every rental. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the beginning of your journey. The security deposit is refundable upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
3. Mileage: Each rental includes 100 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at $0.45 per mile.
4. Fuel: Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup. A refueling fee will apply if returned low.
5. Smoking: Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.
6. Pets: Pets are not permitted inside the vehicle unless specifically approved in writing by Color Wagon Rentals prior to the rental period.
7. Damage: Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Renter agrees to report any incidents immediately.
8. Cancellation: Cancellation policy will be provided at time of booking confirmation. Please contact us for details.
9. Off-Road Use: Vehicle may not be taken off paved roads or designated gravel campground roads without prior written approval.
10. Return Condition: Vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Interior cleaning fee may apply for excessively dirty returns.
